Egypt, KSA Ink Deal for Young Entrepreneurs in Tourism Field

Tourism Minister Rania Al Mashat has inked a deal with President of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH) Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz on supporting the Arab young entrepreneurs in the tourism field, Invest-Gate reports.

The agreement, which was also signed by Chairman of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport (AASTMT) Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, came during a joint meeting held on December 11 at Bibliotheca Alexandrina – or Library of Alexandria, according to Egypt’s State Information Service (SIS).

According to Abdel Ghaffar, the deal aims at offering the necessary aid for the Arab youth to establish their own projects, rather than waiting to obtain jobs in the public sector.

He also acknowledged that the agreement was sealed under the auspices of the Egyptian Planning Ministry and falls under the state’s vision of granting political leadership to the youth, confirming that it will immediately come into force after its ratification.
