Several major real estate projects have been showcased in Egypt Property Show that is organized by state-owned Al Ahram newspaper, Invest-Gate reports.
“These exhibitions are a good chance for the Egyptian real estate industry that is currently being developed and is witnessing high demand from citizens,” says Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly who had inaugurated the exhibition.
The housing ministry is making sure to meet the demand of Egyptians abroad and locally to acquire land plots and properties in the New Administrative Capital. The country has yielded USD 54 mn worth of transactions from Egyptians expats in the first day and half of offering land plots in the New Administrative Capital, according to a released statement.
Egypt’s upcoming projects include expanding Sheikh Zayed City, New El Alamein City, New Mansoura City, and the New Administrative Capital city.
