Egypt’s housing ministry is preparing to make the largest land offerings in new cities within a few days, including residential, service, and commercial plots, while presenting various distinguished apartments and villas nationwide, Invest-Gate reports.
Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar confirmed that multiple residential and commercial land parcels will be put forth in Beit Al Watan project, which is tailored for Egyptian expats, in addition to a wide range of villas and distinguished apartments, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), New Mansoura, and New Aswan, according to a ministerial statement on September 6.
This comes on top of an array of residential properties in JANNA luxury housing in west Cairo’s Sheikh Zayed and 6th of October City, as well as, New Cairo, New Mansoura, and New Damietta. Also, some apartments will be awarded in Sakan Misr medium-income project of New Minya, Nasser City, West Qena, New Mansoura, New Alamein, New Fashn, and New Cairo.
Besides, the ministry plans to offer plenty of state-owned villas in Marina on the North Coast for sale, El Gazzar confirmed.
On September 2, on the sidelines of the second edition of The Big 5 Construct Egypt, El Gazzar revealed that abundance of investment opportunities, land plots, and residential units of various kinds will be presented in new cities this month, as part of achieving the objectives of Egypt’s National Strategic Plan for Urban Development 2052.
