Egypt’s Minister of Housing Assem El-Gazzar said the New Cairo City Development Authority will begin delivering units for the second batch of the Egypt Housing project in the Fairgrounds area from September 3 to 13, Invest-Gate reports.
Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, stated building units 82-86 will be handed over from September 3 to 7. Units 87-90 will be delivered between September 10 to 13.
El-Ghaity said winners should visit the Housing and Development Bank Nasr City branch to complete contracting, then obtain a letter from the Citizens Service Office at the agency headquarters to record data and receive a site letter for inspection and unit receipt.
The Egypt Housing project’s Fairgrounds development is part of the government’s initiatives to provide affordable housing. Earlier batches have seen strong interest, with units sold out rapidly through a lottery system. Officials have highlighted using modern construction techniques to optimize delivery timelines.
