The government is to offer 24,000 land plots for investments and services in new cities next week, Invest-Gate reports. Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly described the tender as “the largest land tender ever”.

He adds that the final details for the land plots were discussed with representatives from the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to set a timetable for offering the lands and finalizing construction of the land plots’ facilities.

The lands will be targeting different society segments in cities such as Badr City, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat City, and new cities in Upper Egypt. In addition, land plots with distinguished housing projects will be offered in Sheikh Zayed, Shorouk, Obour, May 15, Sadat, New Cairo, New Sohag, and New Beni Sueif.
