Egypt to Participate in France’s MIPIM 2019 Exhibition

Deputy Minister of Housing for National Projects Khaled Abbas has signed an agreement for Egypt’s participation in France’s leading real estate exhibition MIPIM 2019 for the first time, which will take place in Cannes from March 12 to 15, Invest-Gate reports.

The deal comes under the auspices of Prime Minister and Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Development Mostafa Madbouly, who attended the exhibition’s previous edition in 2018, Abbas said in an official statement on January 10.

This mega event is deemed the world’s biggest real estate exhibition, with more than 50 countries participating alongside 5,000 investors and over 1,000 real estate projects, he added, noting that the show is an optimum opportunity, not only for promoting and exporting Egyptian properties abroad but also to seal vital real estate investment deals with key market players.

Egypt will showcase its mega real estate projects during the event, aiming to enhance the state’s efforts in exporting real estate as well as to increase foreign investment opportunities into the country.
