Aluminium Company of Egypt (Egyptalum) announces a new production line project worth EGP 9.7 bn established in two phases, Invest-Gate reports.

The production line will have a capacity of 250,000 tons per year, Chairman Abdul-Zahir Abdul-Sattar Hussein says.

The project aims to raise the company’s total production to 550,000 tons from 320,000 per annum, according to a bourse statement.
