The Egyptian Cabinet approves the presidential decree allocating land to the Urban Development Fund (UDF) for “Housing for All Egyptians” urban development projects in the capitals of governorates and major cities, Invest-Gate reports.

The decree provides for the allocation of two pieces of land spanning 60.72 and 6.99 feddans in Manshiyat Naser and Rawdat Eilsaida 2, in Cairo.

The decree also removes the public utility status from a 20.42-feddan land in Zagazig to be used by the UDF for the Housing for All Egyptians project.

Moreover, the decree adds lands to the national housing project in Cairo, Al-Gharbia, and Al Qalyubia governorates.
