The Egyptian Developers Company is preparing to launch its third project nationwide and the second in Shorouk City, Invest-Gate reports.

This upcoming development will be a commercial, administrative, and medical project, aimed at maximizing returns on investment for both the company and its customers.

Abdel Rahman Abu Zeid, Chairman of the Egyptian Developers, noted that this project signifies the company’s second venture in Shorouk City, highlighting the city’s appeal as an investment destination.

He pointed out that the first project, Jaya East, is multi-use project and overlooks a vital axis, and the company has achieved very satisfactory completion rates, as construction work is progressing at a rapid pace.

Abu Zeid explained that the company intends to continue working according to a tight schedule to ensure that the project is completed on time, especially in light of the excellence of the product offered and the strong demand for its purchase. The project is the first in Shorouk City to have an entertainment license, introducing entertainment tools such as a cinema, gym, and spa in the city.

Abu Zeid highlighted the current population growth in Shorouk City and the increasing demand for multi-use projects that cater to the city’s residents with a wide range of service activities. Moreover, the availability of strategically located lands suitable for multiple projects, as well as the city’s proximity to the New Administrative Capital, further enhances the appeal of implementing a second project in Shorouk City for the company.

Describing the new project, Abu Zeid specified that it will be an administrative and commercial development situated in one of the most distinguished areas in Downtown, close to significant hubs such as the Government District and the Financial and Business District.
