The Egyptian Cabinet has approved on adjusting prices of contracts for the implementation of 75,000 social housing units in 6th of October City, Badr City, and Obour City, to be revalued at EGP 145,000 per unit, reported Al Mal.

Citizens are allowed to completely own the units following final delivery; the price includes costs of the construction of the buildings and facilities that include electricity, water and rural sanitation, stated Al Watan News.
