As Egypt is undergoing a new era of mega developments, Invest-Gate is holding the first comprehensive real estate roundtable under the name of “Egypt Real Estate Think Tank” on January 16, at the Nile Ritz-Carlton.
The roundtable, held in partnership with the Egyptian chapter of the international real estate federation FIABCI Egypt, aims to provide accumulative thoughts in developing the largest real estate market in the Middle East and propose resolutions that can be later adopted across the sector.
The event, conducted in Arabic, will bring together the key players in the real estate market to discuss important topics such as the current investment opportunities, remaining challenges, how to attract foreign investors, as well as real estate financing. On this first of its kind occasion, the roundtable will be moderated by FIABCI Egypt President Arch. Abdel Nasser Taha. Furthermore, H.E. former Minister of Investment and current Chairman of AUR Capital Ashraf Salman is to moderate the roundtable’s last segment entitled Real Estate Mortgage and Finance.
Among the discussion points are new cities and the investment opportunities they provide, public-private partnerships to develop residential communities, the effects of the currency devaluation on the real estate market as well as real estate mortgage and finance.
