Egypt-based Heliopolis Co for Housing and Development achieved August sales of housing units amounting to EGP 76.1 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

The sold housing units were in the company’s developments in the areas of Sheraton and New Heliopolis in Cairo, a bourse statement read.

Heliopolis Housing seeks to achieve sales of EGP 1.2 bn during the 2017/18 Fiscal Year, which began in July, the statement added.

The company’s operations include land reclamation and subdivision, residential real estate development and management, real estate properties purchase and sale, real estate projects planning and supervising, as well as constructing of houses, hotels, holiday resorts, and hospitals properties.
