Real Estate developer Heliopolis Co for Housing and Development recorded EGP 68.5 mn in housing units’ total sales this month, according to Reuters.

The company’s sales of residential units in Masaken Sheraton hit EGP 47.5 mn, and it recorded EGP 20.9 mn in the New Heliopolis and Obour City, the developer said in a bourse filing.

The company previously said it seeks to achieve sales of EGP 1.2 bn during the 2017/18 fiscal year, which began in July.
