Eng. Sherif El Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, met with Alexander Hoff, Regional Director of Cityscape Exhibitions and Conferences, to discuss cooperation and coordination ahead of the upcoming Cityscape Egypt Summit and Exhibition set to take place in September, Invest-Gate reports.
The meeting, held at the ministry’s headquarters in New Alamein City, was also attended by Robier Daniel, Director of Cityscape Egypt, and Basma El Baz, Marketing Director of Cityscape Egypt, along with senior ministry officials and representatives from the New Urban Communities Authority.
El Sherbini welcomed the delegation, stating, “Cityscape is one of the exhibitions that provides a valuable opportunity for communication between developers, investors, and officials. It allows us to understand the vision and needs of developers and offer strong investment opportunities.” He emphasized the strength of Egypt’s real estate market, pointing to the availability of diverse investment opportunities that suit both local and foreign investors.
Alexander Hoff said, “We are proud to cooperate with the Egyptian Ministry of Housing. Egypt is one of the most important markets for the Cityscape Exhibitions and Conferences Group, thanks to the remarkable boom in the Egyptian real estate sector. We are working on transforming Cityscape Egypt into a leading regional platform.”
Robier Daniel noted that the upcoming edition of Cityscape Egypt aims to attract more investment into the Egyptian real estate sector, adding that leaders from across the industry, including developers, investors, financing institutions, consultancies, and government entities, will be invited.
The meeting included a comprehensive presentation on the exhibition’s objectives and preparations. The event is expected to host over 30 speakers from investment leadership in Egypt and the Middle East, alongside more than 80 local and international developers.
