Egypt’s Modern Company for Construction and Real Estate (MCR) plans to launch the first phase of Oasis Park project in Sixth of October City in June, 2018, Invest-Gate reports.
At a news conference held in Cairo this week, MCR Chairman Mohamed Abdel Mohsen says that the first phase of the project will include investments worth EGP 1 bn (USD 56.3 mn).
“The three-phase housing project includes a commercial center, spanning an area of over 170 feddans,” Abdel Mohsen tells the news conference.
The first phase will be established on an area of 50 feddans, Abdel Mohsen notes, adding that this phase includes 1,526 units, at areas ranging between 90 square meters and 115 square meters.
