His top priorities include continuing the development of fourth-generation cities, with a special focus on the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein, and New Mansoura.

Moreover, El Sherbini emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to execute drinking water and sewage projects, along with housing initiatives under the presidential “Sakan Kol El Masryen” program. This initiative aims to provide housing suitable for all societal segments, as President Abdel Fattah El Sisi directed.

Furthermore, El Sherbini highlighted the significance of the presidential “Haya Karima” initiative, which seeks to enhance living standards for approximately 60 million rural residents. The program’s continuation and expansion are pivotal for improving these areas’ economic and living conditions, reflecting the government’s commitment to rural development.

Also, El Sherbini plans to focus on asset management and maximizing the benefits of completed projects, particularly those with investment potential. He emphasized the importance of involving investors and the private sector in these endeavors.

El Sherbini expressed his gratitude to President El Sisi and Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly for their trust. He committed to building on the efforts of his predecessor, Assem El-Gazzar, and pledged to work tirelessly for the nation and its citizens.
