Stella Di Mare Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality arm of Egyptian Stock Exchange-listed Remco Tourism Villages Construction, lands in Dubai with its first hotel outside of Egypt this year, Reuters affiliated website Zawya reports

Remco’s Chairman Ayoub Adly Ayoub reveals that the hotel is being built by Remco in collaboration with a UAE-based tourism investment firm. Ayoub also says that the 5-star hotel encompasses 380 rooms and is located in the Dubai Marina area.

The UAE firm, whose name is not yet revealed, will fund the project, while Remco will handle the construction of the hotel and it is expected to open in 2020.

“This is the first Stella Di Mare brand hotel in the UAE and the company’s first project outside Egypt,” Ayoub adds.

Remco already owns and manages six hotels and nine resorts in Egypt.
