Eight Developments participates in Cityscape Egypt 2022, with exclusive offers on Striple Walk project, Invest-Gate reports.

Mohamed Abdel Fattah, CEO of Eight Developments, says that the company will present its latest project, Striple Walk, during the exhibition. The project is located in a distinguished location in Downtown in the NAC. Striple Walk is an administrative commercial project over ​​16,500 sqm, with total investments of EGP 4 bn. The project features a facade of 180 meters and 20 meters side, which offers an area of ​​3600 meters outdoor and 240 meters open area.

Additionally, the project comprises three malls with four garages, a ground floor, and 12 floors. Further, Striple Walk includes 145 commercial units and 540 administrative units.

So far, around 75% of the entire project has been sold out and the engineering designs have been assigned to Arcplan Consulting and Arcrete Engineering Consultant.

Abdel Fattah explains that Eight Developments owns 128 sqm of land in the NAC and 175,000 sqm of buildings. Further, the company will direct about 35% of its future investments to export real estate and attract foreign investments from the Middle East, including Africa and Europe.

“During Cityscape 2022, the company presents exclusive offers without a down payment and installments on a quarterly basis, in addition to providing an investment return on the down payment of up to 50% according to its value,” Abdel Fattah clarifies.
