El-Alamein International Airport is set to start receiving flights as of March 2023, says Minister of Civil Aviation, Mohammed Abbas Helmi, Invest-Gate reports.

Development works are underway in all airports, Abbas adds.

He reveals that Passenger Building 2 of Borg El-Arab Airport was planned to be opened next March, but it will be opened in July instead.

Abbas notes that Berenice International Airport becomes operational.

In the last two months, Sphinx International Airport is inaugurated for international and local flights, the minister states.
