El-Attal Holding announces the launch of its first project in West Cairo, West Leaves, 300 m from the 26th of July Corridor and 300 m from the desert road opposite Hyper One, Invest-Gate reports.
West Leaves is situated on more than 38 feddans in West Cairo. It is a mixed-use residential, commercial, and administrative project.
Ahmed El-Attal, Chairman of El-Attal Holding Group, comments: “Despite the challenges faced by the real estate market, the 6th of October is witnessing great developments and will have more in the coming period, especially with the urban extension and growth that’s happening now and with the distinguished services the State has provided in the infrastructure and huge network of main roads and axes that were able to shorten the distances between the new urban extension and any other area in few minutes.”
West Leaves comprises 4 distinct phases, including 120,000 sqm of residential units and 30,000 sqm of commercial units.
The project also comprises 17,000 sqm of administrative units, including 31 stately buildings. Each building consists of a ground floor and three main levels, complemented by a select number of penthouse suites.
The residential units offer ample living spaces, ranging in size from 80 to 300 sqm, with a selection of 8 tower structures offering hotel apartments and a full-service hotel comprised of 200 guest rooms.
The project is further enriched by extensive green spaces and open areas, providing a tranquil and harmonious environment for residents and guests alike.
In addition, El-Attal signed a contract with renowned Consultant Architect Engineer Raef Fahmi, who will be responsible for the project’s engineering design, to go by the latest international models based on the use of all elements of sustainability.
