El Attal Holding announced plans to shortly complete selling the second phase of its Park Lane Compoundhood in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.
This followed the successful sale the project’s first phase, with total sales of EGP 380 mn, the company’s chairman Ahmed El Attal announced in a press statement on April 18.
The second phase, which was launched at Cityscape Egypt 2019 on March 27, is part of the world’s first compoundhood that spans across 26 acres in NAC’s R7, in close proximity to the Swedish and British universities, as well as, the diplomatic district, El Attal added.
Meanwhile, the company is showcasing its flagship development at Egypt Property Show (EPS) in Dubai, which is being held at Dubai World Trade Center from April 18 to 20, under the patronage of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly and Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, along with the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
In the statement, the chairman emphasized that the company’s participation in this foreign exhibition is a fundamental objective during the coming period, as it strives to contribute to the state’s initiative of exporting Egyptian real estate abroad.
El Attal foresaw that Park Lane will attract a high turnout of quality visitors at Dubai’s EPS, especially after the great demand seed on the project at Cityscape Egypt, held from March 27 to 30.
The company will provide potential customers with special offers during EPS, offering discounts on residential units of up to 5% and exceptional payment terms up to eight years. El Attal will also present fully-finished duplexes, which will only be put forward during the show.
