El Baron Developments announces the launch of its latest project, the Sky Complex, in Nasr City, Invest-Gate reports.

Cyril Zarif, CEO of El Baron Developments, reveals that the Sky Complex project is a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and medical project in the most distinguished areas of Nasr City, with a total space of 3,850 sqm consisting of a ground floor and five recurrent floors.

The project includes 200 commercial, administrative, and medical units, with spaces starting from 25 sqm.

Zarif notes that more than 50% of the project’s construction is completed, which made the company aim to complete the sale of the project during the current year.

He adds that the company contracts with the consultant office, Mohamed Talaat, to implement the engineering, construction, and advisory designs for the project.

It is worth noting that the Baron Group of Companies for Real Estate Development was established in the early eighties and throughout its history has implemented more than 150 projects of the best architectural facilities in Nasr City, housing 3,000 families.
