El Baron Development launches its latest Sky Complex projects in Nasr City, with expected sales of up to EGP 650 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

Kyrollos Zarif, El Baron Development CEO, explains, “Sky Complex is a multi-activity project in the most important areas of Nasr City, with an area of ​​3,850 sqm. It consists of ground and five floors and includes 200 units between commercial, administrative, and medical. Also, the company aims to achieve EGP 300 mn as a 1st stage of the targeted sales volume”.

Zarif reveals the job of the actual management and operation process to an Emirati company. Moreover, the company contracts with the engineering consultant Mohamed Talaat to design the project, and Elsewedy Electric to provide cables needed to implement an infrastructure for the project.

Besides, in conjunction with the launch of the sky complex project, El Baron launched the 2nd phase of Vigor project in the downtown area of ​​the NAC, with a total investment of EGP 650 mn on an area of ​​3800 sqm. It consists of ground and 10 floors and includes 280 different units. The company aims to achieve 30% of the project’s sales at this stage.

Zarif reveals the launch of the company’s 3rd project in the 5th Settlement, next to the universities. It is a residential project on an area of ​​​​acres and 150 m, including 130 studios, with investments of EGP 50 mn, and a sales target of EGP 150 mn.

Further, the company plans to implement a residential project in the NAC and aims to pump EGP 600 mn investments during the current year.
