El Baron Development to launch its 1st residential project, Greya, in 5th Settlement, Invest-Gate reports.
The entire project is scheduled to be completed and delivered within 3 and a half years.
For his part, Mina Zarif, Deputy Chairman of El Baron, states that the new is a residential compound spans over an area of 4,200 sqm, and comprises 120 housing units, and fully-finished hotel studios, with areas ranging from 45 to 110 sqm.
He adds that the project is located on the Northern 90th Street in the heart of the 5th Settlement, near the NAC, the American University, and Al Rehab City, pointing out that the idea of making studios directed to university students surrounding the compound and expatriates is a new idea.
Moreover, he states that the company has contracted with the engineering consultant office, Mohamed Talaat, for designs and engineering consultancy.
Zarif reveals a group of projects under study, including residential, commercial, and administrative, with the aim of expanding the real estate market and keeping pace with the state’s movements, stressing that the company has a plan to implement housing projects in order to diversify its investment portfolio, increase its customer base, and add a new real estate product that serves the community’s wide sector.
