El Batal Developments organizes an iftar celebration for customers of its Rock Eden project on the 6th of October City, Invest-Gate reports.
The company celebrates with its customers the beginning of life in the Rock Eden compound and the housing of more than 40 families in completed units, in addition to continuing to deliver many units in the project.
Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, notes that the company is constantly keen on organizing many social and entertainment events to meet with customers, whom the company considers as its family.
He highlights the constant communication between management and customers across the company’s various projects, which indicates the strength of the relationship between the two sides over the past years.
Doss adds that the company started delivering units in the Rock Eden project last year and achieved immediate occupancy rates upon delivery, thanks to its location and proximity to all major axes and means of transportation.
The Rock Eden compound extends over an area of 34 feddans. It features 2 kilometers of facades on the main street and comprises 1000 units including apartments, townhouses, villas, duplexes, and penthouses, with unit areas ranging from 160 to 330 sqm.
The project’s built-up area accounts for only 20%, while the green spaces make up 80%.
