El Batal Developments has signed an EGP 150 mn contract with AMACO to execute the facades work of its project, Rock Capital 1, in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), to be delivered within a year, Invest-Gate reports.

The Rock Capital 1 project is the largest administrative building in the NAC’s government district. El Batal Developments completed the concrete works months ago, making the company a candidate to be one of the first private sector companies to deliver administrative buildings there.

Moreover, the Rock Capital 1 project won the Luxury Lifestyle Award 2023. The award was classified as the best luxury commercial development in 2023.

El Batal Developments has achieved the highest implementation rate for its projects, especially the Rock Capital 1 project in NAC. Recently, the company has concluded a series of distinguished contracts in various projects with major specialized companies in implementation works, emphasizing the company’s commitment to fast execution and achieving the highest level of quality.

Notably, El Batal Developments has a track record of more than 40 years and was among the first real estate development companies to expand outside Egypt, specifically in the Canadian market.

It has executed a series of distinguished projects in the Egyptian market under the Rock brand, in the east and west of Cairo, such as Rock Eden, Rock Ville, and Rock Vera. It recently launched other projects, including the Rock Gold in the Fifth Settlement area and the Rock Capital 1 in NAC.
