El Batal Developments announces cooperating with Trane to supply the heating and ventilation systems (HVAC) to the Rock Gold project, Invest-Gate reports.
This comes after El Batal Developments contracts recently with Egybel to build the Rock Gold project’s Facade, asserting the company’s keenness to provide a pioneering and distinctive experience to the market.
Rock Gold Mall is located in Golden Square in New Cairo, spanning 11,000 sqm, with a BUA of 40,000 sqm, and 3,000 sqm for services. In addition, it includes landscape, sitting areas, and parking with a capacity of over 200 cars.
Moreover, it is considered the first in Egypt fulfilling all women’s needs, offering a variety of famous brands of gold, clothes, accessories, kids’ areas, clinics, beauty salons, cafes, and various restaurants.
Trane has a distinguished business precedent in the Egyptian market, as it supplied cooling services to major projects, including the expansion of Hurghada Airport, Assiut, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Sohag airports, as well as hotels including in El Alamein, Savoy Sharm El Sheikh, Swiss Inn Hotel, besides the buildings of ministries and governmental agencies. Also, the headquarters of international companies, and malls such as Almaza City Center.
Notably, El Batal Developments has a business experience of more than 44 years and was one of the first real estate development companies to expand outside Egypt, specifically in the Canadian market.
