El Batal Developments is celebrating record-high sales and implementation rates at its Rock Capital 1 project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), Invest-Gate reports.

The company held an event at the Rock Capital 1 site to honor its success partners who helped achieve the sales and construction milestones.

Imad Doss, CEO of El Batal, said the company’s focus on quality and speed of implementation has provided products that add value to the real estate sector. “Quality and seriousness have enabled El Batal to maintain customer confidence for over 40 years,” he noted.

Doss added that concrete work for Rock Capital 1 was completed months ago, putting the company on track to be one of the first private developers to deliver administrative buildings in the government district.

The company honored its partners for the high sales rates as well as contractors for the flats and a new headquarters within Rock Capital 1.

These partners include Coldwell Banker, The Address Investment, Marsa City, The Property, ARG, United Target, Onex, and Smart City Shawahek.

El Batal’s Rock Capital 1 project won the Luxury Lifestyle Award 2023 as the best luxury commercial development project.

Doss said the award reflects the project’s adherence to international standards and ability to meet the needs of multinational companies.
