El Batal Developments enters into an agreement with Egybel to implement the facade of the Rock Gold mall with an estimated cost of EGP 60 mn, Invest-Gate reports.

The Rock Gold mall will be the first in Egypt to be specialized in selling gold.

The new mall is located in New Cairo’s Golden Square area and features various cafes, restaurants, and childcare areas, alongside shops of sweets, accessories, flowers, perfumes, eyeglasses, and clothes.

With a total area of 11,000 sqm, the mall comprises shops of various spaces, starting from 27 to 107 sqm.

The mall has a built-up area of 40,000 sqm, including 3,000 sqm dedicated to services, seating areas, and landscapes, in addition to a parking space with the capacity to accommodate over 200 cars.

It is worth noting that a contractor with a diverse portfolio. The company contributed to implementations in Cairo International Airport, ministries buildings in the Administrative Capital, the JW Marriott Hotel in New Cairo, and the Baron Hotel in Heliopolis.
