El-Batal Developments showcases Rock Gold jewelry mall during the 2nd International Exhibition for Gold and Jewelry in Egypt (Nebu Expo), held between 10 and 12 December, Invest-Gate reports.

Rock Gold is the first integrated mall to provide all women’s needs of cosmetics and jewelry.

Apart from Jewelry stores, Rock Gold includes cafes, different restaurants, kids’ areas, and clothes and accessories shops.

Emad Doss, CEO of El-Batal Developments, says that the company receives new orders during Nebu II for units in Rock Gold mall at outstanding prices and facilities.

He adds the company showcases its pioneering experience in the international exhibition which major local and international companies attend.

It is worth noting that Rock Gold Mall spans over 11,000 sqm with a 40,000 sqm built-up area. The mall contains 3000 sqm allocated for commercial services like cafes, restaurants, and landscapes. Rock Gold Mall also features a parking area that can accommodate over 250 cars and an underground garage with a capacity of 200 cars.

El-Batal Developments implemented a series of significant projects in the Egyptian market in East and West Cairo, which held the name “Rock” like Rock Eden, Rock Ville, Rock Vera, Rock Yard, and Rock Capital 1 in the NAC.
