El Batal Developments plans to complete all concrete works for its Rock Capital 1 project in the heart of the Government District in the New Administrative Capital during February 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

The company is opening a sales office in Rock Capital 1 to ensure regular communication with clients.

Emad Doss, CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, says that his company will be one of the first companies to deliver administrative buildings in the NAC’s Government District.

He adds that the fast-paced implementation of the Rock Capital 1 project in the new capital, despite the many challenges in the real estate sector, is proof of his company’s excellence and seriousness.

Rock Capital 1 offers a built-up area of 100,000 sqm. The project is located on a land area of 21,581 sqm.

The project comprises two underground floors with an area of 22,000 sqm equipped for electric cars, a ground floor, and 7 upper floors.
