El Batal Developments has launched its latest project, Rock Yard, situated in Sheraton Heliopolis, East Cairo, with an investment of EGP 5 bn, Invest-Gate reports.

This marks the company’s second project in 2024, following the triumph of its prior venture, Rock White, and aligns with its strategic expansion blueprint.

Engineer Emad Doss, the CEO and Managing Director of El Batal Developments, disclosed that reservations for the first phase of Rock Yard are now open. Boasting a distinctive classic design, the project occupies a prime location in Sheraton Heliopolis, overlooking both Autostrad Road and Sa’aqa Street. Encompassing 21,000 sqm, the development is conveniently situated a mere two-minute drive from City Centre Almaza.

Doss highlighted that Rock Yard comprises 600 residential units, ranging from 97 to 182 sqm, offering captivating views of 8,000 sqm of lush green spaces. Units are available fully furnished or can be tailored to individual preferences.

He emphasized that Rock Yard promises a unique living experience, characterized by its distinctive classic design tailored to enhance lifestyle quality. The project features a range of amenities including grand double-height entrances, open expanses, landscaped areas, a children’s play area, a home theater, dedicated work zones, fitness spaces, and versatile halls catering to diverse needs.

The compound also boasts two-level underground parking, round-the-clock security with surveillance, maintenance and cleaning services, all administered through a hotel-style management framework.

Doss further outlined that this project forms part of El Batal Developments’ ambitious agenda to introduce five new projects in 2024 across key areas like the New Administrative Capital, Sheraton, and New Heliopolis, with a cumulative investment totaling EGP 10 bn.

Additionally, the company recently launched its inaugural project of the year, Rock White in New Heliopolis, with initial-phase sales already exceeding 90%.
