Egyptian real estate developer El Batal Group has officially launched a new residential project in New Cairo, Rock Vera, and another one in 6th of October City, Rock Eden, offering discounts up to 50% on cash payments as well as special installment plans, Invest-Gate reports.

Inspired by Italian architecture, New Cairo’s Rock Vera encompasses 27 residential buildings comprising housing units with varying sizes and modules, including apartments and penthouses, featuring a wide range of integrated services, El Batal Group said in a press statement on January 22.

Meanwhile, Rock Eden spans over 34 acres in west Cairo in close proximity to Mall of Egypt. The compound comprises 600 units, ranging between 160 square meters and 320 square meters, in addition to 400 villas.

Additionally, the residential project encompasses a handful of services such as a sports club, spa, nursery, as well as swimming pools, medical clinics, walking and cycling tracks, and shopping malls.
