El-Batal Group launches its first administrative projectRock Capital 1 located in the New Administrative Capital, with an investment of EGP 2 bn, Invest-Gate reports.
The announcement is made in presence of Eng. Emad Doss, CEO of El-Batal Group for Housing and Development, and Yousef Samir, El-Batal Group Commercial Director, Invest-Gate reports.

With an open panoramic view of the presidential gardens and palace, Rock Capital’s location puts all its business units within proximity from all major landmarks, including the Ministries and the Central Bank, along with cultural hubs like the Opera House, and the Knowledge City, minutes away from the new capital airport and foreign embassies. 

The project is planned for delivery by the end of 2023, and consists of 2 underground parking levels, 1 ground floor, and 7 upper floors.
The complex total BUA is nearly 100,000 m2 of office spaces and amenities, complemented with 4,000 m2 of interconnected atria & terraced gardens and a 22,000 m2 to accommodate the needs of all its employees.

CEO of El-Batal Group, Emad Doss explains “Rock Capital 1 relays on a long expertise since 1978, with more than 40 years of experience and successes in Egypt and Canada. We envisioned it as a testimony to our capacity as a major developer in the real estate market.”

We collaborated with Hazel Wong of the award-winning firm WSW Architects for design, and Cracknell for landscape design in Rock Capital 1, along with Ted Jacob Engineering Group for Planning and Design and Construction, and the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG) as general consultant for the project.” 

Eng. Rock Capital 1 offers 16 elevators and 11 entrances and features a comprehensive services and amenities package including a clinic, a hairdresser, a jogging track and gym, two meeting rooms per floor, lounges on the second, third & sixth floors, an ATM center, archive rooms, storage areas, co-working spaces, and event halls.” Samir notes.
