El Batal Group Developments announces its participation in Cityscape Egypt 2021, which will be held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in the Fifth Settlement from September 22-25, Invest-Gate reports.
At Cityscape, El Batal Group Developments aims to present various projects in east and west Cairo, with special offers and facilities for its customers during the exhibition period. In this regard, Emad Doss, CEO of El Batal Group, confirms the company’s keenness to communicate with its customers from Egypt and various countries through many mechanisms, including real estate exhibitions, to identify their needs and determine their requests, in order to satisfy all customers.
During Cityscape Egypt 2021, the company will promote its “Rock Capital 1” project located in the financial district at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), with EGP 2 bn of investments. The project is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2023.
Additionally, the project has achieved 25% of sales in a record time while the Batal Group targets EGP 400 mn of sales through the first phase of the project. Furthermore, El Batal Group will promote other projects, including Rock Ville in the Fifth Settlement, Rock Vera in Obour City, and Rock Eden on the 6th of October.
Doss confirms that the company is always keen to partner with major companies, including the international Architect Hazel W S Wong from the famous architectural office WSW Architects to design the building, in addition to Cracknell for landscape design, Ted Jacob Engineering Group to for planning and structural design work, and ECG office in the role of the general advisor.
It is noteworthy that the “Rock Capital 1” extends over 21, 581 m, providing a building area of 100, 000 sqm. It offers a variety of unit spaces ranging from 79 to 9000 sqm. In addition, the project consists of two underground floors with an area of 22,000 sqm equipped for electric cars, a ground floor, and seven upper floors. Moreover, the project features 4000 sqm of green spaces, as well as a variety of services to meet all customer needs, such as a medical clinic, gym, and facilities.
