El Batal Group for Housing and Development announces the launch of real estate marketing expos for its Rock Compounds in East and West of Cairo this December, Invest-Gate reports.
El Batal Group marketing expos of its projects will feature a lot of special offers and payment facilities in payments for its clients. El Batal’s expos will include bank representatives to cater to clients and proceed with purchase completion and mortgage as per the mortgage initiative by the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE). The expo will present all residential units, immediate for delivery, that are subject to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) mortgage initiative plan of 5% interest rate on 25 years.
El Batal Group’s CEO Emad Doss states that the expo will be divided into two phases for marketing its Rock compounds in East and West of Cairo. In addition, the company is offering its units at the same price of the current year without any increase as expected to happen in 2022, following the price increase of raw materials used in construction and the rise of inflation rates.
Doss further notes that Rock Eden Compound, located in 6th of October City, will be displayed during the first phase of the exhibition taking place at Helnan Dreamland Hotel on December 18 and 19.
Rock Eden Compound spans over 34 acres in 6th of October City. The compound is minutes away from the new Cairo Monorail, the Ring Road, and Zewail City of Science and Technology. Besides, it has a 2km-façade overlooking the main street.
Rock Eden Compound includes 1000 units ranging between apartments, townhouses, villas, duplex houses and penthouses. Unit sizes start from 160 to 300 sqm. Buildings are constructed on 20% of the total project size, while 80% is for landscape.
Additionally, Rock Eden Compound includes a 4-acre central park, gym managed by a sports academy, 3 acre- sports courts, bicycle and running lanes, in addition to a commercial administrative district that includes a hypermarket, banks, clinics, and restaurants.
Furthermore, Doss confirms that 600 units in Rock Eden Compound will be delivered to clients this year, adding that El Batal Group has collaborated with Namaa Group to provide after- sales services for its clients. He also says, “The 2nd phase of the exhibition will be held at Dusit Thani Lakeview on December 25 and 26 to showcase Rock Vera Compound of east Cairo.”
Moreover, Doss remarks that the group has already started the delivery of Rock Vera Compound. It is located minutes away from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in New Cairo. Additionally, the compound contains 27 buildings. Unit sizes start from 153 to 283 sqm, all overlooking swimming pools and massive landscapes. Rock Vera also features commercial, and entertainment services. Rock Vera and Rock Eden are subject to the CBE’s mortgage initiative plan of 5% interest on 25 years.
