Egyptian private real estate developer El Batal Group is launching the first phase of its first Asian-themed compound RockVille, Invest-Gate reports.

RockVille includes semi-detached villas with spaces ranging between 305 and 366 square meters and installment periods over 4 and 5 years.

With prices ranging from EGP 2.376 mn to EGP 3.362 mn, the units are scheduled for delivery by 2020, according to RockVille’s Facebook official page.

Located in Obour City, the compound is built on 10 acres and encompasses over 101 villas.
