El Batal Group will launch two residential projects at an investment cost over EGP 1.3 bn in New Cairo, reported Amwal Al Ghad.

The company has already acquired the land plots, which amount a total of 34 acres, upon which 1,000 social housing units will be built, in addition to a compound of 250 social housing units, according to Emad Doss, the company’s CEO.

The units’ floorplans range from 50 to 100 square meters and are expected to be completed in 2019, Doss told Amwal Al Ghad.
