Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, announced the delivery of a new batch of units in the Sakan Misr Project, starting from October 10, 2023, Invest-Gate reports.

Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, the Head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, provided further details, stating that Building Unit No. 120 will be delivered on October 10, 2023, Building Unit No. 121 on October 11, 2023, and Building Unit No. 122 on October 12, 2023.

Additionally, Building Unit No. 123 will be delivered on October 15, 2023, Building Unit No. 136 on October 16, 2023, Building Unit No. 138 on October 17, 2023, Building Unit No. 139 on October 18, 2023, and Building Units No. 140 on October 19, 2023.

El-Ghaity further noted that Building Unit No. 141 will be delivered on October 22, 2023, Building Unit No. 142 on October 23, 2023, Building Unit No. 144 on October 24, 2023, and Building Unit No. 145 on October 25, 2023.

El-Ghaity also provided instructions for the clients who have won the units. They are required to visit the Housing and Development Bank, Nasr City branch to complete the contracting procedures. Then, they need to submit a letter from the bank to the Citizen Service Office at the agency’s headquarters. Along with the letter, they should include a copy of the signed checks to record the data on the network and receive a letter to visit the site for inspection and to receive the unit.
