Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has announced that the New Cairo City Authority will deliver a new batch of 72 residential units in buildings, Series One and Two, representing the first phase, as well as Series One for the other phases of the Sakan Misr project in the West Universities area in New Cairo City, Invest-Gate reports.

The delivery is scheduled to commence on Sunday, October 29, 2023.

Abdel Raouf El-Ghaity, the head of the New Cairo City Development Authority, has provided further details, stating that Building Units No. 54 will be delivered on Sunday, October 29, 2023, Building Units No. 55 on Monday, October 30, 2023, and Building Units No. 58 on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

Winning customers must visit the Housing and Development Bank, Nasr City Branch (located at 2 Abbas Al-Akkad), to complete the necessary contracting procedures. Afterward, they should submit the bank’s letter to the Citizen Service Office at the agency’s headquarters in the city center, behind the water station on South 90th Street, along with a copy of the signed checks. This is required to record data on the network and receive a letter for site inspection and unit handover.

In a related context, El-Ghaity has held several meetings with residents of various neighborhoods in the city. The meetings commenced with representatives of the residents of Dar Misr Al-Andalus Phase Two. During these meetings, various demands concerning cleanliness, agriculture, and transportation were reviewed. Additionally, there was an emphasis on the improvement of the regular water pressure issue that occurred in previous periods.
