Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has announced lottery winners of distinguished lands in Badr City, Invest-Gate reports.
The winners had previously taken part in the land draw on November 16, 2016, and November 6, 2017, Gazzar said in a ministerial statement on April 5, adding that they will begin receiving the allocated lands from April 7 until July 25, 2019.
Meanwhile, Chairman of Badr City Development Authority Adel Ibrahim El Desouki revealed the schedule for the lands handover, noting that those who missed their designated dates can still receive their lands from July 22 to 25.
Badr City is located northeast Cairo and is planned as an industrial city, encompassing 129 factories with 350 others still under construction. Most factories are built with the aim of exporting goods to Arab, African, and international markets.
