El Gazzar: Bait Al-Watan’s Phase VIII Sees Great Reservation Demand

Assem El Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announces that there is a great reservation demand for the eighth phase of Bait Al-Watan project for Egyptians abroad, Invest-Gate reports.

El Gazzar indicates that the ministry’s goal is to meet the demands of Egyptians living abroad to own housing units and land.

Additionally, this phase includes lands and units in distinctive locations in the new cities, in coordination with the Ministry of Communications and the Central Bank of Egypt.

El Gazzar points out that the offering includes residential plots for individuals, mixed-use plots, cemeteries, villas, various housing units, and administrative units, as part of the state’s efforts to provide various types of housing for Egyptian abroad.

For his part, Khaled Abbas, Deputy Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities for National Projects explains, “Residential plots for individuals are offered in 9 new cities (New Cairo – 6 October – Sheikh Zayed – New Damietta – El Obour – El Shorouk – Badr – New Obour – Sadat) and mixed-use plots in New Damietta, as well as cemeteries in 4 new cities (New Cairo – Badr – 10th of Ramadan – New October), in addition to residential villas in the NAC and New Mansoura City.”
