Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, directs for a fast-paced execution of units in the second phase of New Administrative Capital employee residences in Badr City, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Gazzar adds that units in the first phase are set to be delivered to employees that are being transferred to the new capital.
In that context, Ammar Mandour, Head of Badr City Development Authority, inspects the second phase of the project which comprises 196 buildings including 4,704 residential units.
Mandour directs for increasing the number of workers at the project to accelerate the implementation pace.
For his part, Abdel-Nasser Yousef, Deputy Head of Badr City Development Authority for project implementation and electricity, revealed that the average execution rate of the project’s buildings amounts to 87%.
