Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities follows up on the delivery of several housing units for state employees moving to the New Administrative Capital (NAC), under the first phase, Invest-Gate reports.

The first phase of state employees working in NAC is located in Badr City. The phase includes  376 buildings with 9,042 housing units.

The project also includes three schools, two nurseries, two bakeries, two medical centers, four commercial markets, playgrounds, and places of worship.

El-Gazzar stressed the necessity of facilitating the procedures for state employees moving there to receive units with full facilities and services.

It is worth noting that the second phase of the NAC state employees’ residential project incorporates 196 buildings with 4,704 units.
