Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar held a meeting to follow up on the development project on west North Coast and New Ras El Hekma City, Invest-Gate reports.

In the presence of ministry officials and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), El Gazzar mentions that the development project includes optimal use of lands to attract more investments and create more job opportunities, stressing on the quick implementation of these development projects.

It is worth noting that presidential decree No. 361 of the year 2020 was issued to reallocate land plots on the west of North West Coast, with a total area of approximately 707 acres for NUCA, to be used in the establishment of new urban communities.
