Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, follows up on the Sour Magra El-Oyoun development project in Cairo, Invest-Gate reports.

The project comprises completing 79 buildings at various heights, including 1,924 residential units and 18 commercial units, El-Gazzar notes.

He adds that the concrete works and facades of 77 buildings were completed.

El-Gazzar says that the project comprises a commercial, administrative, and entertainment mall which is situated on 51,000 sqm.

It features restaurants, cinemas, along with other activities, in addition to a garage with the capacity to accommodate 1,355 cars and an open-air theatre, El-Gazzar states.

Moreover, Abdel Khalik Ibrahim, Technical Assistant to the Minister of Housing, stresses the importance of regular follow-up to ensure that quality standards are met for all aspects of the project.
