Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El Gazzar has followed up on the implementation of social housing units across several governorates and new cities, Invest-Gate reports.

El Gazzar further stressed the necessity of the periodic following up to all phases of establishment, along with adherence to specified timetables, according to a ministerial statement on September 28.

He also emphasized the need for proper management of worksites to finalize implementation based on the highest standards.

This came during the minister’s monthly meeting with officials from the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund (SHMFF), New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), among other officials and dignitaries.
