During his tour of the industrial zone in the 10th of Ramadan city, Assem El-Gazzar, the Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, held a meeting with Ahmed Elsewedy, CEO of Elsewedy Electric Group, and company officials to discuss the contribution of investors in the development of industrial zones in new cities, Invest-Gate reports.
Walid Abbas, Assistant Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities; Amin Ghoneim, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) for the Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector; and Alaa Manea, the head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, were also present.
El-Gazzar engaged in discussions with Elsewedy Electric officials, exchanging ideas and proposals on the development of industrial zones in new cities. They emphasized the vital role of investors and all relevant parties in contributing to the implementation of development initiatives aimed at preserving the urban condition of industrial zones.
Elsewedy Electric officials expressed their warm welcome and keenness for fruitful and constructive cooperation with the NUCA and all relevant stakeholders. Their objective is to enhance and optimize the efficiency of industrial zones in new cities, elevating the stature of these cities in a manner that aligns with the Egyptian industry, while showcasing the areas in their best possible form.
