Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities Assem El-Gazzar has held a meeting with Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, the Saudi Minister of Commerce, Osama Al-Naqli, the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Cairo, Bandar bin Muhammad Al-Amiri, the Chairman of the Saudi-Egyptian Business Council, and a group of Saudi investors, Invest-Gate reports.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss areas of joint cooperation and find solutions to the problems faced by Saudi investors. Waleed Abbas, Deputy Chairman of The New Urban Communities Authority for Planning and Projects, and Abdul Khaleq Ibrahim, Assistant Minister of Housing for Technical Affairs, were also present.
During the meeting, El-Gazzar listened to the demands of the Saudi investors and their concerns regarding the implementation of their investment projects. He directed the officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority to address these issues and facilitate the necessary procedures for investment projects in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
El-Gazzar emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to creating a favorable investment environment in various fields for all investors, particularly for their Arab counterparts.
In response, Al-Qasabi commended El-Gazzar and the ministry officials for their significant efforts in facilitating and streamlining the investment process for Saudi investors. He acknowledged their dedication to overcoming obstacles and challenges, all in the pursuit of achieving common interests for all parties involved.
