Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, follows up on the implementation of housing projects, as well as road and utility projects in the New Obour City, Invest-Gate reports.
El-Gazzar confirms that New Obour is one of the fourth-generation cities, which enjoys a privileged location, and includes a large number of housing units under the presidential initiative, Housing of All Egyptians.
Kamal Bahgat, Assistant Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Development and Urbanization, inspects the implementation of 180 green buildings within the Housing for All Egyptians initiative.
For his part, Ahmed Ali, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, highlights the urgency of the fast completion of works on the road linking the 2,600 feddans of the Middle Ring Road, which achieves greater traffic flow in the city with a length of about 1 km and widths ranging from 30 meters to 50 meters.
